腰麻-硬膜外联合麻醉复合丙泊酚用于经皮肾镜碎石术 被引量:2

摘要 目的观察腰麻-硬膜外联合麻醉(CSEA)复合丙泊酚在经皮肾镜碎石中的效果。方法对行经皮肾镜碎石术的50例患者临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果50例患者均在CSEA复合丙泊酚下完成手术,无一例中途改用其他麻醉方法。结论合适阻滞平面的CSEA辅用适量丙泊酚能较好地阻断应激反应,维持血液动力学稳定,在经皮肾镜碎石术中是一种安全可行的麻醉方法。 [Objective] To observe the effects of combined spinal-epidural anesthesia (CSEA) and Propofol for percutaneous nephrolithotomy. [Methods] Fifty percutaneous nephrolithotomy patients were retrospective analysed. [Results] Fifty patients were operated successfully by CSEA and Propofol method, and no transit of narcotic way. [Conclusion] Apprepriate dosage of CSEA and Propofol can blockong stress response, sustains the haemodynamic, is a safe and feasible anesthesia way for pereutaneous nephrolithotomy.
