摘要
目的探讨IGF-1在前列腺癌及良性前列腺增生症组织中的表达及其与临床的意义。方法运用实时荧光定量PCR方法检测40例前列腺癌病理组织以及45例良性前列腺增生症组织的IGF-1的基因表达水平。结果IGF-1在前列腺癌组织中表达值为(9.23±0.55),在45例良性前列腺增生症组织中表达值为(1.23±0.04),前列腺癌中IGF-1表达值高于良性前列腺增生症组织,,差异有显著性(P<0.01)。结论前列腺癌组织中IGF-1基因高表达值有助于前列腺癌的诊断。
[Objective]To study the IGF-1 mRNA expression by real-time quantitative PCR in PCa and BPH tissue cells, explore the value of IGF-1 mRNA expression level in PCa diagnosis. [ Methods ] A sensitive, real-time quantitative PCR assay was developed to compare the expression difference of IGF-1 mRNA in PCa and BPH tissues , by testing 40 samples of PCa, 45 samples of BPH tissue. [Result] The expression level of IGF-1 in PCa and BPH tissue are 9.23±0.55, and 1.23±0.04 respectively (P〈0.01).[ Conclusion] The detection result of ICF-1 mRNA expression by QRT-PCR ean afford a reliable and helpable information for diagnosis of PCa.
