摘要
利用Formastor-Press热模拟试验机,研究了34CrNi3Mo合金结构钢在温度840~1200℃,变形速度0.1~80s-1的变形条件下的热压缩行为。获得了34CrNi3Mo钢在热变形时发生动态再结晶的临界条件(包括临界因于Zc和临界应变)及再结晶晶粒大小Ddyn与Zener-Hollomon因于Z、奥氏体起始晶粒尺寸d0和应变之间的关系,并给出了回归公式。
The hot compressive behavior of steel 34CrNi3Mo at temperature from 840℃ to 1 200 ℃,with strain rate from 0. ls-1 to 80s-1 has been studied using Formaster-Press imitation tester. The critical condition of occurring dynamic recrystallization during hot deformation including critical parameter Zc and criticalstrain and the dependence of recrystallized grain size Ddyn on Zener-Hollomon parameter Z, initial austenitegrain size D0 and strain e were obtained, and the regressive formulas were also derived.
