摘要
高校思想政治工作的实效性关系到大学生的成长、成才。通过对我校点面调查、分析、总结,本文认为要提高思想政治工作的实效性,必须从实际出发,从多方面努力:一是认真研究教育对象,这是提高思想政治工作实效性的前提;二是夯实教育内容、改进教育方法,这是提高思想政治工作实效性的必要手段;三是构建科学合理的工作体系,这是提高思想政治工作实效性的机制支持;四是增强教育者的影响力、信服力,这是提高思想政治工作实效性的基础保障。
The effectiveness of the ideological education has a close relationship with the development and success of the college students.Based on a detailed investigation and analysis on the situation of our institution,this paper believes that it can be strengthened from the actual situation and by necessary joint efforts.To be specific,first,a careful study of the students themselves as a paramount premise should be conducted;second,the existing education content and method as a pressing need should be improved;third,a scientific practical working system as a supporting mechanism should be built up;and fourth,the individual influence of the educators as an enhancing factor should be reinforced.
