本文从经济学视觉分析私人股权基金的几个理论与政策问题,包括私人股权基金与有限合伙制、与中介金融理论、与金融发展理论的关系以及私人股权基金的监管和税收等问题。
From the view of economics, the article analyzes several theory and policy issues of the private equity fund （PEF, or simply called PE as usually） industry, including PE ＆ limited partnership, PE ＆ financial intermediary theory, PE ＆ economic development theory, regulation of PE industry and taxation on the industry.
