摘要
在正交试验的基础上,采用方差分析的方法研究了四个工艺参数(终轧温度θf,终轧变形量εf,淬火温度θq,以及轧后缓冷时间tn)对单张热轧双相钢(0.07%C-1.69%Mn-0.93%Si)力学性能的影响,据此,提出了较优的生产工艺参数。
Based on the results of orthogonal experiment,the effect of four technological parameters (final rolling temperature θf,degree of final reduction εf,quenching temperature θq,time of slow cooling after rolling tn) on mechanical properties of hotrolled steel single of dualphase(chemical composition:007 %C169 %Mn093 %Si)sheet were investigated and optimum technological parameters were proposed
