N-磷酰化二肽的分光光度法测定

摘要 利用双缩脲试剂,在可见光区建立了N-磷酸化二肽、二肽以及磷酸化多肽的分光光度定量分析方法。在经典的双缩脲分光光度法的实验条件下,观察到N-磷酸化二肽、二肽与双缩脲试剂的复合物的最大吸收波长均为 620 nm及 N-磷酰基对二肽有很强的增色作用。 Spectrophotometric mehtod for the determination of N-phosphoryl dipeptides and multipeptides was established by using biuret as the developer. N-phosphoryl dipeptides and dipeptides formed two colored complexes with the reagent in the media of basic cupric sul- fate. It was observed that these two complexes has the same spectrum. Their maximum ab- sorption wavelength, λmax was located at 620 nm. It was also observed that there was a hy- perchromic effect caused by N-phosphoryl.
