摘要
比较了合成的4种戊基化环糊精手性固定相对Grob试剂的保留性能。对20种对映体进行拆分并研究了其可能的拆分机理。
Four pentylated cyclodextrins, hexakis (2, 3, 6-tri-O-pentyl)-α-cyclodextrin, hex- akis (2, 6-di-O-pentyl ) -α-cyclodextrin, heptakis (2, 3, 6-tri-O-pentyl )-β-cyclodextrin and hep- takis (2, 6-di-O-pentyl)-β-cyclodextrin have been synthesized and characterized. On these four chiral stationary phases, the retention of Grob' S agents and the separation of 20 pairs of racemic enantioisomers have been studied. Some factors which affect the chiral recognition are also discussed.
