民营医疗机构实施卫生监督量化分级监管应用研究

通过对照三类民营医疗机构量化分级管理前后的各类机构风险等级和卫生监督指标得分变化情况,探讨量化分级监管的科学性和可操作性。研究结果表明,量化分级监管前后88家民营医疗机构风险性分级发生了明显变化,从2年来量化分级监管的实施效果分析,这种科学的、以评促管的监督管理是一种全新的监管模式,对民营医疗机构监管有促进作用,对提高行业自律诚信水平有推动作用,值得进一步推广应用。
