医疗卫生机构内部和谐关系是和谐卫生服务的重要组成部分,构建医疗卫生机构内部和谐度评价模型,找出影响内部和谐的影响因素,通过改进影响因素来促进医疗卫生机构内部和谐,从而促进和谐卫生服务。
The healthcare agencies＇ internal harmony is an important part of harmonious service. By constructing the internal harmonious evaluation model, to find out the influencing factors and then to promote the harmonious healthcare service through improving these factors to develop the internal harmony of the heaithcare agencies.
