摘要
金融危机以来,商业银行面临着更严峻的挑战,文章认为价值创新是商业银行在复杂多变的经营环境中保持竞争优势和持续发展的最好战略。以此为视角,分析了商业银行实施价值创新的流程,提出了实施价值创新的途径。
Since the financial crisis, commercial hanks are facing more serious challenges, and the paper holds the view that value innovation is the best strategy for commercial bahias to keep their competitiveness and develop sustainably in the complex and everchanging environment. Based on this, the paper proposes ways to implement value innovation after an analysis on the implementation process.
