Comparisons of and Lessons from the International Experience of the Regulatory System of Labor Safety

文章对美、英、德等主要发达国家的劳动安全监管体制进行了介绍,对其劳动安全监管中的成功经验加以分析、借鉴,对我国劳动安全监管体制进一步改革提出了相应对策。

The paper introduces the regulatory systems of labor safety of such developed countries as the United States, Britain and Germany, and after analyzing and drawing references from their success, proposes some corresponding measures to further reform the system of China.
