摘要
通过分析我国建筑市场的市场经济程度及条件,在招投标中采用合理低价中标法时应对报价的最低价格进行合理性评审,即采用经评审的合理低价中标。评审工程报价是否合理、判断其是否低于企业成本,可以从其报价的不同角度来分析、评审其合理性。
After analyzing the degrees and conditions of the market economy of the construction markets in China, the reasonability of the lowest price should be assessed when the reasonable underbidding is used and only the assessed price can be adopted. The reasonability of the assessment of the bidding can be analyzed from different aspects to see whether it is lower than the enterprise cost.
