摘要
主要将机液复合式的机械设计思路运用到VSP仪器的推靠机构的当中,取代了原有的纯机械、气囊或液压式的构造方式。这种设计方式结构紧凑,在原来机械驱动的基础上加入液压系统,避免了因机械装置卡死造成推靠臂折断,损坏井眼等弊端,保证了VSP仪器的安全回收,节约大量成本。
The thought of hydraulic and mechanical complex system into VSP jogging tool eccentering machinery, and replaces the traditional pure mechanical structure, aerocyst structure and pure hydraulic structure was introduced. The designed mechanism add hydraulic units on the original mechanical structure , avoid the failure of breaking eccentering machinery arm caused by seizure of damage the testing well. So it can withdraw the VSP jogging tool safely, and low the drive screw , and cost a lot.
