摘要
对某矿用自卸车的制动系统进行了理论和试验研究,并对制动力及分配系数进行了优化;表明实际制动力及分配系数基本最优,但系统反应时间过长。建立了整车虚拟样机模型,并对制动跑偏和制动侧滑进行了仿真研究。结果表明,侧偏刚度对制动跑偏的影响明显,当后轴抱死时极易产生侧滑失稳。
The braking system of a mine dump truck was theoretical and experimental researched, and braking power and distribution coefficient were optimized. It shows that the actual braking force and allocation is close to optimal value, but the system response time is too long. The virtual prototype model was established, the brake deviation and brake side slipping were simulated. The results showed that the lateral stiffness has significant impact on brake deviation. When the rear axle was lock, the dump truck was instability.
