摘要
为了提高喷嘴的雾化效果,对3种螺旋喷嘴进行了实验,建立了由泥浆泵、管路、流量计、阀门、压力表组成的试验装置,研究了喷嘴的结构尺寸对流动特性的影响。实验结果表明,当喷嘴出口结构相同时,通过减小喷嘴出口过流面积,可以降低喷嘴流量。
In order to improve the atomization effect of nozzle, experiments were done for three kinds of spiral nozzles, setting up testing apparatus including mud pump, pipeline, flowmeter, valve, manometer, researching the physical dimension impact on the flow behavior. The experiment results show that when the structures of nozzle outlet are the same, the flow of nozzle can be reduced by diminishing exit area of nozzle.
