摘要
介绍了掘进机内伸缩机构的工作原理,并对内伸缩机构单、双油缸2种设计形式进行受力分析。根据单油缸和双油缸的结构特点,利用力矩平衡的方法推导不同油缸支撑下的受力平衡方程,并分析各种布局设计的合理性。
The working theory of inner telescopic cutting part in roadheader is introduced, and analyze the force in two .forms ( the single - or duel - fuel tank design). According to the structural characteristics of the single - or duel -fuel tank, the force balance equation in different ways of the supporting under the torque balance. Then analyze the reasonableness in different layouts.
