摘要
分析了矿用高强度圆环链链轮的结构特点,说明齿廓和链窝误差对圆环链传动带来的影响。介绍一种采用展成法加工圆环链链轮圆弧线齿廓和链窝的工作原理,并给出相关的几何参数计算公式,为制造圆环链链轮的专用设备进行了必要的基础理论研究和探讨。
Analyze the structure characteristic of high strength hoisting coil chain wheel used in mine and explaining the effect of teech contour and chain pit errors on hoisting coil chain transimission. A generating principle of manufacturing circular arc teech contour and chain pit is introduced and the formulas of geometric parameters are basis of fabricating the special hoisting coil chain wheel machine tool.
