摘要
设计一种新的带式输送机液压自动拉紧系统,给出了液压伺服系统原理图,建立了系统的动力学模型和自动控制模型,给出了系统的模糊PID控制原理图,应用simulink对液压自动拉紧系统的张力控制性能进行了分析,仿真结果表明带式输送机液压自动拉紧系统对于控制带式输送机系统的动态特性具有较好的效果。
A kind of hydraulic auto take - up of belt conveyor was designed, and the principle diagram of hydraulic servo system was given. Overall dynamics model for belt system were buih, the principle diagram of fuzzy PID control was conveyor and the model of auto control given. The tension control effect of the hydrauhc auto take -up system was analysed by using simulink. It was proved that the dynamic characteristics can be controlled well by using the hydraulic auto take -up system.
