电主轴技术在机床数控改造中的应用研究

摘要 通过对国内外电主轴技术的研究,对普通机床进给系统数控改造时用电主轴替代传统的机械传动结构,通过过盈配合将异步电机的转子直接与机床主轴相连,省去了中间传动环节,在额定转速范围实现了无级调速,主轴定位精确,运行更平稳,进一步提高了动态精度和动态稳定性,延长了主轴轴承的寿命。改造后进给系统具有机械效率较高、结构紧凑、低噪声、振动小和高精度等特点。 Based on the study of electric motorized spindle at home and abroad, the traditional mechanical transmission structure was replaced with motorized spindle when feed system of the ordinary machine tools was reformed as numerical control. The rotor of the asynchrinous generator was connected with spindle of the machine tools by interference fit directly, the driving medium was saved, stepless speed regulation was achieved in the range of rated speed, position of the spindle was accuracy, running was more smoothly, dynamic precision and dynamic stability were increased further and life of the spindle bearing was extended. The feed system after reconstruction had some features such as compact structure, high torque efficiency, low noise, little vibration and high precision.
