摘要
发展经济型的数控车床是当前企业对普通车床进行技术改造的有效途径。以CA6140型普通车床的数控改造为例,介绍了自动回转刀架的结构、安装和换刀控制;并且对自动回转刀架常见故障与排除提出了意见和措施。
Developing economic numerical controlled lathe is an effective way to the engineering innovation of traditional lathe for enterprise. Takes NC transformation of CA6140 type common lathe as an example, has explained the structure, installation and principle on automatic tool changing of auto - rotating tool- carrier. The last proposition has put forward the suggestion and measure to faults and excluding of NC - lathe's auto - rotating tool - carrier.
