摘要
通过对风机启动失败的事件分析、研究,提出了一种风机启动的新方法,进一步介绍了风机改进后切换步骤的变化,并对液压站和润滑站的启动运行时间进行了优化。改进后实践运行说明,风机不但可以正常、可靠启动,而且风机切换时间短、效率高,为矿井可靠、安全的运行提供了有力的保障。
One kind of the new method that fan starts was brought forward by event fans starts up failure. The step that fans changed was introduced, and analysing and studying the starting time of lubricating station and hydraulic pressure station were carried out an optimization. Actual running indicats that not only fans can start up regularly, reliabily, but also that the time to fan change is short, efficient, reliable. It has provided the forceful guarantee to coal mine.
