摘要
螺旋转子结构复杂,在CAD环境下实现螺旋转子的三维可视化自动建模,可大大提高螺旋转子产品的设计效率。较为详细地描述了螺旋转子的三维可视化自动建模实现方案,对转子端面型线和扫描螺旋线的生成原理进行了深入分析。利用Visual C#对SolidWorks进行二次开发,建立的软件系统实现了螺旋转子的三维可视化自动建模。
The design efficiency of helical rotors with complicated structure can be raised greatly by 3D visualized automatic modeling for helical rotors in CAD environment. The implement scheme of the automatic modeling helix are tern can is described in detail, and the generation principles of the rotor profile and the scanning analyzed deeply. With the further development of SolidWorks by Visual C#, the developed sysaccomplish automatically the 3D visualized modeling of helical rotors.
