摘要
介绍了基于灰色关联度的旋转机械故障智能诊断机理,分析了如何建立典型故障参考模式特征向量矩阵。通过计算待识别故障模式与典型故障参考模式的关联度序列,比较关联度的大小,从而确定故障类型。系统应用Matlab软件计算关联度,同时采用Matlab中的GUI可视化界面输出诊断结果,使诊断系统操作简单、直观。
The fault intelligent diagnosis principle of rotary machinery is introduced, analyses how to create the characteristic vector of typical faults model. The fault type is definited by calculating the gray relational degree of collecting fault model and typical faults model and eomparing with the size of the gray relalional degree. This system uses Matlab software to calculate the gray relational degree and uses the GUI visualization interface to output the diagnosis result. It makes the diagnosis system operating easily and direct - viewing.
