体外产气法评价苜蓿青贮品质 被引量:4

摘要 生物制剂在青贮发酵过程中改变了饲料的结构和养分组成,可能会对消化率产生潜在的影响。评定饲料消化率的方法主要有体内法(in vivo)、体外法(in vitro)和尼龙袋法(in situ)。试验采用体外产气法测定各种添加生物制剂和不添加任何制剂的苜蓿青贮饲料在牦牛瘤胃培养液中的不同产气量,简单评价各种苜蓿青贮饲料的饲用价值。
