聚合色素的研究Ⅸ.侧链悬挂偶氮型染料的聚合膦腈酸多氟烷基酯的合成和性能

Preparatoin and Properties of Polyfluro Alkyl Esters of Polymeric Phosphonitrilic Acid with Azo Dyes in the Side Chain

首次将偶氮染料和聚合膦腈酸多氟烷基取代酯相结合，合成了一类具有阻燃、疏水憎油等特性的功能聚合物。研究了合成色素的润湿性和热性能，结果表明：所合成的色素具有期望的应用特性。此外，对合成反应的机理和聚合色素的红外光谱特性也进行了初步的讨论。

Some new polymeric colorants,polyfluro alkyl esters of polymeric phosphonitrilic acid with azo dyes in the side chain,were prepared in the presence of pyridine.The compositions of the prepared polymers were determined by elemental analysis.The thermoproperties of the polymers were studied by DSC and TGA.The contact angles were measured,and the results indicate that the polymers may be suitable colorants which have properties of retarding fire,hydrophobicity and oil resistance at the same time while used in the area of textile,plastics,paintings and coatings and the like.The mechanism of polymerization and the IR spectra characteristics of the polymers were also discussed in the paper.
