基于混沌理论的企业组织创新研究 被引量:3

摘要 企业组织发展过程呈现复杂性和多样性的特点,在这一过程中混沌是必然存在的,应该积极进行组织创新活动来应对。企业组织是一种复杂的系统,组织创新是组织发展过程中的一个特殊过程,组织创新系统也是一种复杂系统。混沌理论是研究复杂系统一般规律的理论,它对组织创新这一复杂过程有一定的指导作用,而混沌的自组织临界状态对组织创新中"创新量"的把握有重要实际应用意义。
