摘要
"旅游发展文化先行"这是国内外旅游发达国家和地区的成功经验,旅游行业应充分借鉴和发扬这种发展理念,自始至终贯彻于旅游业发展的各环节之中。旅游文化其实质上是由客源文化、东道文化和服务文化三种文化综合而成的,是在旅游活动和为旅游活动提供服务的过程中产生的,其定义是以旅游活动为核心而形成的文化现象和文化关系的总和。旅游文化的地位和作用是从旅游产业的本质属性、旅游文化是旅游业发展的灵魂、旅游文化是旅游业发展的决定性因素等三个维度确定它的先行地位和引领作用。加强和推动旅游文化建设的对策,必须从形成旅游文化发展模式,大力开展人文旅游资源,抓重点、分层次开展旅游文化活动,强化旅游业的服务意识、服务水平和服务文化的品味等四个方面入手,使旅游业硬件建设与软件建设齐头并进、齐抓并管,从而推动旅游业又好又快发展。
"Cultural progress' priority to tourism development" remains a successful experience of tourism - developed regions or countries home and abroad. In tourism development, we should draw and carry out the development value in all the links throughout. Born from servicing process, tourism culture integrated by'cus- tomer culture, host culture and service culture, consists of the cultural phenomena and cultural relationship at the core of tourism activities. Tourism cultural attribution, its key role of tourism development and dominated factor, the three dimensions decides its leading position and function. To improve and promote tourism cultural progress, we must explore resources of humanities, form development mode of tourism culture, carry out cultural activities with key project and gradual steps, and enhance service awareness, level and quality, so as to develop in hardware and software of tourism industry and propel its good and fast progress.
