摘要
以甲基丙烯酸酯及苯乙烯为单体,过氧化苯甲酰为引发剂,采用悬浮聚合法合成自溶胀型的高吸油性树脂。研究了交联剂及分散剂的种类、引发剂用量、聚合温度、单体配比等因素对高吸油性树脂吸油性能的影响,所合成的高吸油树脂可吸自重15倍以上的苯、14倍以上的二甲苯,处理炼油废水浮油非常有效,且吸油后树脂强度高,可以脱油后重复使用。
The highly oil - absorbing resin consisting of methacrylate and styrene, using benzoyl peroxide (BPO) as initiator, was prepared by suspension polymerization. The effects of the types of crosslinker and dispersant, amount of initiator, polymerization temperature, and monomer ratio on the oil - absorption capability of the resin were studied. The absorption efficiency of the resin is about 15 (g/g) for benzene and 14 (g/g) for xylene. A good result was obtained in cleaning the floating oil of refinery wastewater, and the resin had high strength after oil absorbing, which can be reused after deoiling.
