摘要
能使荷电的粉末微粒吸附在被喷涂物表面,在200℃时不发生变形,其表面喷涂都可以采用粉末静电喷涂,随着静电喷涂技术的不断推广,其在汽车行业、家电行业等应用也在不断延伸;FTA方法(故障树方法,Fault Tree Analysis)是一种充分利用布尔代数、演绎的评价方法,在安全评价领域应用相当成功。本文运用FTA方法,对静电喷涂过程中的缩孔质量缺陷进行分析和研究,为有效解决该质量缺陷制定了相应措施。
To adsorb the electrically charged powder particle onto the substrate surface and cause no distortion even at 200℃ ,electrostatic spraying technology can be used, which has been popularized in automobile industry and electrical appliance industry, etc. The FTA method ( Fault Tree Analysis) is an evaluation method of using Boolean algebra and deduction, which has been quite successful in the safety evaluation field. This paper utilized the FTA method, for analysis and research on the eratering defects of the electrostatic spraying coatings surface, and proposed counter measures for the quality control.
