改革开放以来的中国加拿大史研究

On Research of Canadian History in China： 1978---2008

1978年改革开放以来,中国的加拿大史研究发生了翻天覆地的变化,涌现了一批学术水平较高的论著。中国加拿大史研究是一门新学科,具有历史短、起点低,但后期发展迅速的特点。研究者们较少受传统史学范式的束缚,无论在选题上还是在内容上都体现出原创性。目前,中国加拿大史研究尚存在着诸如研究队伍不稳定、研究水平良莠不齐、研究内容不全面等许多问题,但是已经显示出其研究趋势与领域的方向和重点了。

The research of Canadian history in China has achieved great success in comparison with the situation 30 years ago. Some 300 articles have been published during the 30 years period regarding many aspects of Canadian history such as immigration, education, economy, environment, literature, society, culture, politics and diplomacy. Additionally, more than 30 works and 10 translated books were published. As a new subject, there are many areas in our research still relatively young and immature. We believe Canadian history study will continue to thrive both in its depth and extent in the future.
