近代中国高等教育地域非均衡布局考察

On the Non-balanced Geographical Distribution of Modern Higher Education Before the Founding of PRC

中国近代高等教育诞生于晚清,在军阀混战的北洋政府时期与国民政府时期艰难发展。近代高等教育地域分布的非均衡情形,引起各时期中央政府的高度关注,并努力追求均衡布局。但由于受到政局动荡、外患不断的干扰和影响,很难从根本上实现高等教育地域布局的公平发展。

Chinese modem higher education came into being in the later Qing dynasty, and developed difficultly in the periods of the Northern Warlord Government and the National Government. By probing the conditions of non-balanced geographical layout of higher education before the founding of PRC, we conclude that the central governors had paid attention to the problem and tried to settle it. But it is for the political unrest and foreign aggression that they had not realized proper redistribution of higher education.
