对攀钢新3号2000m^3高炉降铁损生产实践进行了总结。通过采取减少入炉粉末、优化炉料结构、优化鼓风动能参数、适当发展边缘气流等技术措施,实施低硅钛操作,使高炉长期稳定顺行,各项技术经济指标逐步改善,铁损达到6%以下。
The author summarized production practice of decreasing metal loss in the new No. 3 BF of PNSVC. By means of a series of technical methods such as reducing the income of powder, optimizing the burden structure, optimizing the kinetic energy parameter, and developing the margin gas flow suitably to reduce silicon and titanium in the hot metal, the blast furnace keeps on stable operation for a long time, the tech - economic index is improving gradually, and the metal loss drops down to below 6%.
