摘要 湖南省水资源丰富,但时空及地区分布不均。通过对湘、资、沅、澧四流域降水量和降雨强度及四水尾闾站最高、最低水位历史变化情况的分析,揭示了气候变化对湖南省水资源的影响,并在此基础上,结合城镇人口增长状况、城市化和新型工业化进程的推进,探讨气候变化对湖南省城市水安全的影响,最后针对湖南省城市水安全将越来越突出的问题提出了具体建议。 Hunan Province is rich in water resources, but the resources are distributed unevenly in time and space. This paper presents the impact of climate change on water resources in Human Province by an analysis on the historical changes of rainfall intensities and precipitation amounts, as well as the maximum and minimum stages obtained from the observations at lower reaches of four river basins of Xiangjiang River, Zishui River, Yuanshui River and Lishui River. The impact of climate change on urban water safety in Hunan Province is discussed according to the analysis, in consideration of the increase of urban population, urbanization and process of new industrialization. The results show that the water safety problem is becoming more pressing in the province. The suggestions are put forward for tackling the problem.
