回火温度对Ni-P-SiC复合刷镀层组织及晶化的影响 被引量:1

Effect of Heat-Treatment on Microstructure and Crystallization of Brush Plated Ni-P-SiC Composite Coating

摘要 为了改善Ni-P-SiC复合镀层的性能,采用电刷镀技术制备了复合镀层。通过扫描电镜(SEM)、X射线衍射(XRD)等技术研究了回火温度对Ni-P-SiC复合镀层组织结构的影响。结果表明:随着回火温度的升高,复合镀层发生了由非晶态向晶态的转变,晶化过程中会出现亚稳过渡相Ni12P5;加热至400℃时,晶化过程完成,亚稳相Ni12P5消失,复合镀层主要由Ni,Ni3P,SiC组成。 Ni-P-SiC composite coating was prepared by brush plating so as to improve the properties of Ni-P alloy coating. The effect of heat treatment on the microstructure and crystallization behavior of the composite coating was studied by means of scanning electron mi-croscopy and X - ray diffraction. Results show that the composite coating experienced amorphous to crystal transition at a high e-nough heat-treatment temperature, and meta-stable phase Ni12P5 was generated during the crystallization process. When the heat-treatment temperature was raised to 400 ℃ , the crystallization proceeded completely along with the disappearance of Ni12 P5 phase, and the resulting Ni-P - SiC composite coating after com-plete crystallization consisted of Ni, P, and SiC.
