聚肌胞、电离高频烧灼、碘酊治疗尖锐湿疣的疗效观察

Observation of curative effect on condyloma with polyI:c, high frequency ionizing cauterization and Iodine tincture

目的:探讨2%利多卡因注射液加聚肌胞注射液,电离高频烧灼,2%碘酊治疗尖锐湿疣的疗效。方法:选择不同部位尖锐湿疣146例患者随机、双盲分为治疗组和对照组。治疗组用局麻药加聚肌胞2mg基底部注射、疣体部位电离高频烧灼,力求彻底消除湿疣组织,术后创面再用2%碘酊涂擦,给予抗生素治疗预防继发感染。对照组仅对疣体部位电离高频物烧灼。结果:治疗组治愈率为91.78%,复发率仅8.22%,与对照组比较差异有极显著性(P<0.01)。结论:采用聚肌胞注射液、电离高频烧灼、再用2%碘酊涂擦,起到很好的效果,治疗中未见明显不良反应,值得临床借用探索,达到老药新用的目的。

OBJECTIVE To ovserve the effect of the combination with polyI： c, high frequency ionizing cauterization and Io- dine tincture on condyloma. METHODS 146 patients with condyloma occurred in different places of the body, were chosen randomly and double-blindly. The acetic test were all positive. 2 nag polyI： c was injected into the basement of verruca mass, and the site of verruca mass was treated with high frequency ionizing cauterization. Every efforts were made to eliminate the a-cuminate thoroughly. Iodine tincture and antibiotics were given to protect the injured arcd from being infected. RESULTS The experiments got a low reoccurrence rate （8. 22%） and a high cure rate （91.78%）. CONCLUSION The combination usage with polyI：c, high frequency ionizing cauterization and Iodine tincture on condyloma got a good result and none adverse reac- tion. It is worthy of clinical practices.
