益胃散对小鼠幽门螺杆菌感染影响的实验研究

Experimental study of Yiwei powder on Helicobacter pylori infection in mice

[目的]探讨中药复方益胃散对幽门螺杆菌(Hp)感染小鼠的影响。[方法]C57BL/6小鼠68只,随机分为正常对照(正常)组,模型组,益胃散小、中、大剂量(小、中、大剂量)组及三联(西药)组。除正常组外,其余5组制备Hp感染小鼠模型。各组分别予相应的药物治疗,模型组给予相应体积的0.85%氯化钠。停药后24 h及2周分别进行快速尿素酶试验、细菌培养和组织形态学观察。[结果]小、中剂量组与西药组对Hp感染的治疗效果相似,差异无统计学意义,大剂量组则效果较差;形态学改变,中、小剂量组治疗作用优于西药组(P<0.05)。[结论]益胃散对Hp有一定的抑制、清除作用,对受损胃黏膜有较好的保护、促修复作用。

[Objective]To investigate the influence of the TCM compound of Yiwei powder on Hp infection in C-57-BL/6 mice. [Methods]Sixty eight C-57-BL/6 mice were randomly divided into 6 groups： normal group, model group, 3 doses groups of Yiwei powder and western medicine triple-therapy group. The rats of all groups, except the normal group, were used to establish Hp infection mice model via peroral infection. Each group underwent the corresponding drug treatment, respectively. The model group was given the corresponding volume of saline. A rapid urease test, bacterial culture and the histomorphology observation were performed at 24h and 1 month after drug withdrawal. [Results]The effectiveness of low-dose Yiwei powder, middle-dose Yiwei powder and western medicine on Hp infection was similar,and there was no statistical significance,but the effectiveness of high-dose Yiwei powder was less, and there was the statistical significance. The low-dose and middle-dose of Yiwei powder groups were superior to the western medicine triple-therapy group. [Condusion]Yiwei powder could inhibit and removal Hp in some extent, and has a better protection and pro-repair effect on the gastric mucosa.
