黄麻是极具前途的天然纤维之一,对黄麻生物脱胶、化学脱胶以及生化联合脱胶进行了较深入的研究。根据精干麻的残胶率、纤维线密度以及纤维强力等质量指标,同时考虑生产效率及节约耗能,提出了优化的工艺流程及参数。

The jute fiber is one of the most potential natural fibers. This paper is the study on the chemical refining, enzyme refining, chemical combined with enzyme refining for the jute fiber. According to the different test parameters such as the percentage of pastern rested, the fiber count and also considering the energy consumption, this paper gives the optimized process and the best parameters.
