关注特殊人群的性功能障碍 被引量:2

摘要 美国MMAS研究表明,40-70岁男性患有不同程度勃起功能障碍(ED)的比率高达52%,其病因涉及躯体疾病、心理因素、家庭、社会、环境及人际关系等多方面因素。在我们的临床工作中,某些特殊人群如:精神分裂症、肿瘤、外伤和吸毒等患者的性功能障碍由于病因特殊、病情隐蔽,常常为男科工作者忽视,临床上处理也较为棘手,本文就针对该类问题做一些探讨。
