摘要
采用多元回归分析方法,对99Tcm标记的两类N2S2类脑显像剂配体结构与脑吸收活性关系进行回归分析研究,得到了较为理想的QSAR方程,并且找到了该类脑显像剂影响脑吸收的结构主导因素,提出用脑吸收标度作为度量该类脑显像剂脑吸收值的尺度。
Quantitative structure activity relationship (QSAR) analysis of the correlations between initial brain uptake and structure parameters,for example lipophilicity F r,molar refractivity MR and electronic parameters σ I of the 99 Tc m N 2S 2 complexes have been studied with multiple regression ana lysis method.The main structural factors which affect the initial brain uptake of this kind of brain imaging agents have been discussed.The results may give some theoretical informations for desig ning new brain imaging agents.
