摘要 采用数理统计方法,对20种主要99Tcm脑显像剂异构体脑吸收的立体效应进行了分析,得到相应的结构参数及QSAR方程,讨论了已有的脑放射性药物异构体具有不同生物分布的原因。 The relationship between the stereo structure of a compound and its brain uptake for twenty isomers of 99 Tc m N 2S 2 brain imaging agents has been studied with multiple regression analysis.The relevant QSAR equations have been found.Furthermore,the reason why the anti and syn isomers possess different property in brain uptake has been discussed.
