摘要
着眼网络文献的大量涌现,结合网络时代科技及人文社会科学文献的特点,对新的文献等级结构的内涵与外延重新进行诠释。
Based on the continuous appearance of Internet documents and the characteristics of the scientific documents of technology and humanitles, the paper makes a new annotation on the connotation and extension of the new document grade structure.
