阐述我国总分馆制产生的成因,并分析归纳目前我国公共图书馆总分馆类型、建设原则,指出总分馆制是我国构建公共图书馆服务体系,实现文化均等、惠及全民的先进服务与管理模式,是公共图书馆发展的必然趋势。

By the historical perspective, this paper describes the internal and external factors which have incurred the changes on domestic public library, and fi- nally brought the central - branch model. The analysis includes the present domestic public library service system （DPLSS） and the types of central - branch mod- el, and their development situation within the construction principle. Follow the analysis, the author will indicate the advanced of creating the central - branch model in DPLSS, by which it can benefit the citizen and share the resource to all. In the end, the author strongly believes the central - branch model is the trend for DPLSS grow up in the near future.
