摘要
在混合悬浮混合排料(MSMPR)结晶器中利用连续稳态法研究了十水硫酸钠冷却结晶动力学。以粒数衡算方程为基础,利用非线性最优化方法直接拟和由实验所得的数据,确定了十水硫酸钠冷却结晶的成核和生长速率方程。结果表明,十水硫酸钠晶体生长速率与粒度相关,而且实验数据符合MJ-2模型,即G(L)=3.96×10-4exp(-2.20×104/RT)ΔC0.13[1-exp(-1.53×104L)]。
Cooling crystallization kinetics of sodium sulfate decahydrate was investigated in a continuous mixed suspension-mixed product-removal ( MSMPR ) crystallizer. Based on the theory of population balance, crystal nucleation and growth rate equations were determined by nonlinear regression method and experimental data. Results showed that growth rate of product crystal was size-dependent and experimental data conformed to MJ -2 model, namely, G(L) = 3.96×10^-4exp(-2.20×10^4/RT)△C^0.13[1-exp(-1.53×10^4L)].
