摘要
高纯度硝酸铈(Ⅳ)铵在电子工业和化学工业的应用非常广泛,但中国厂家的生产过程存在污染大、产品品质低的问题。为了提高产品纯度,降低生产过程中产生的污染,从硝酸铈(Ⅳ)铵复盐生产制备的工艺环节入手,运用特殊工艺技术,得出了制备分析纯硝酸铈(Ⅳ)铵复盐的生产方法。该生产工艺环境友好,所得产品总稀土氧化物中二氧化铈质量分数大于99.99%,浊度小于0.8NTU,能满足国际市场要求。
High purity ammonium cerium nitrate (CAN) is extensively applied in electronic and chemical industries. But the pollution is serious and the quality is low in CAN production process in China. For improving the purity of product and reducing the pollution in production process, starting from the industrial technology aspect of CAN production, a manufacture method of analytic grade ammonium cerium nitrate was obtained by using special technical skills. The production process is environment-friendly. The products cerium dioxide mass fraction in total rare earth oxides was larger than 99.99% and turbidity was smaller than 0.8 NTU ,which can meet the international market needs.
