摘要
Prolamins from thirteen kinds of homemade rice seed have been preliminary stu-dled by capillary zone electrophoresis(CZE). The results showed that CZE can be used as asupplement method for comparing and differentiating the rice cultivars, especially some hy-brids, which are difficult to differentiate by polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis.
