Empirical Research on the Impact of a Company's Network Capacity on Its Independent Innovation

摘要构建了企业网络能力影响自主创新的理论模型,具体包括三个要素:网络能力、技术能力和自主创新。选取我国东北部地区105家有代表性的企业作为实证研究对象,对这一理论模型进行了分析和验证。研究结果表明:网络能力对自主创新有显著的直接正向影响,网络能力还能通过影响技术能力从而对自主创新产生间接正向影响。 The theoretical model of the impact of network capacity on independent innovation is proposed. By a survey questionnaire and interview with 105 enterprises in northeast China, the theoretical model is empirically analyzed and tested. The results show that：（1） Network capacity has a significant direct positive impact on independent innovation; （2） Network capacity also has a significant positive impact on technology capacity, which, in turn, has a significant positive impact on independent innovation.
