企业智力型人员外部化配置动因的实证分析

摘要 近30年来,由于外部经营环境不确定性的增强,促使企业采取各种措施以增加自身的管理柔性,其中普遍的措施之一就是改变传统的以长期化和内部雇佣为特征的人力资源配置模式,而选择采用更加柔性的企业外部化配置方式。在知识经济时代的今天,企业智力型人员外部化配置已经成为企业增强自身竞争优势的通用策略。在对相关文献梳理的基础上,通过对28家企业的深入调研,对企业智力型人员外部化配置从事的工作内容、动因及相关影响因素进行了探索性研究。 In recent 30 years, the enterprises have to take kinds of measures to increase their managerial flexibility with the external business environment more instable. One of them is changing traditional,permanent and internal human resource (HR) collocating method to more flexible and temporary external method commonly. In knowledge economic era, the externalization of intelligent workers has been common strategy to increasing enterprisers competitive advantage. Based on relevant literature's review, this paper explores the working content of external intelligent workers, motives, and relevant impacting factors by 28 enterprises' deeply investigation.
