益气泻热逐水化瘀中药对呼吸窘迫综合征大鼠影响的实验研究

Experimental Research of Benefiting Qi and Clearing Heat,Removing Retained Water and Stagnant Blood Chinese Medicine for ARDS Rats

目的探讨中药对呼吸窘迫综合征(ARDS)大鼠的影响作用。方法采用尾静脉注射油酸复制ARDS模型,Wistar大鼠30只随机分为空白组、模型组、中药组,于造模后2h、12h时给药2次;24h后观察各组大鼠呼吸频率、幅度等一般情况及肺干湿重比。结果中药组ARDS大鼠呼吸频率、幅度,肺W/D值较模型组均显著降低。结论中药对ARDS有一定的治疗作用。

Objective： To observe the effect of Chinese medicine on ARDS rats. Methods： 30 Wistar rats were randomly divided into blank group, model group and Chinese medicine group. The rats were given medicine at 2h and 12h after model establishment. The respiratory rate and amplitude, wet and dry lung weight ratio were recorded. Results： The respiratory rate and amplitude, wet and dry lung weight ratio of Chinese medicine group were obviously lower than model group. Conclusion： The Chinese medicine has effect in the treatment of ARDS.
