This article describes not only the structures and characteristics of large-page NAND Hash devices, but also the software structures related to NAND Flash of Windows CE operation system. The storage system design of large-page NAND Flash in Windows CE operation system is illustrated. Moreover, a technical project to reconstruct the FAT file system is put forward.
